Bio
Dr. Robert Delius Royar earned his Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Louisville in 1987. His Ph.D. focused on software design and its effects on teaching writing. His teaching interests center on writing. His development interests revolve around program development and teacher professional organizations. He has served at various times on the boards of national, regional, and state teacher-professional organizations. He is an active member of the Executive Board of the Kentucky Council of Teachers of English, www.kcte.org/.
He teaches extensively online and has been teaching using computers since 1985.
His regularly assigned graduate courses include ENG 612: Theories of Teaching Writing, ENG 634: Chaucer, and ENG 690: Technical Writing.
