STAR THEATER - Group shows

Non-academic groups such as civic organizations, youth organizations, church groups, tour groups, etc; can schedule group shows in the Star Theater.  Group shows are available upon request Monday-Friday between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm but must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. They cannot be scheduled during regularly scheduled public show times.

Shows include: 

• Currently scheduled planetarium program for the month
• Tour of what is visible in the current night sky
• A preview of a laser program
• Groups of 30 or less can also elect for a walking tour of the Space Science Center facility. Groups larger than 30 can recieve facility tours upon request if additional staff are available.

Group Fee: 

The fee for a group show is $75.00 (minimum).  This fee covers the first 50 participants.  There is a $1 per person fee beyond fifty participants to a maximum of 90.  If your group is larger than 90, it must be split and the per show fee will apply to each group.
