 EASS Upcoming Events

• Space Trek 2014- Space Trek 2014 is a unique summer space camp program designed for high school girls in grades 10-12 with an interest in space sciences. Hosted at MSU, the camp gives participants an opportunity to learn about math, science and engineering concepts. Participants can also earn college credit through a combination of pre-camp online coursework, lectures and coursework during the camp and post-camp lectures and exams. • PocketQube 1.0 Workshops- MSU Space Science Professor Robert Twiggs and Earth and Space Science Department Chair Dr. Ben Malphrus will be among the presenters at two PocketQube 1.0 workshops in April and May. The April workshop will be held April 17 at the NASA Ames Research Center in Mountainview, Calif. The May workshop will be held May 14 at the Raddison Resort at the Port in Cape Canaveral, Fla.
