In addition to the materials required by the MSU Employment Application, submit the following items to the Department of Music, Theatre and Dance (attn: Dr. L. Curtis Hammond):
- Letter of application describing GA area of interest, qualifications, and experience;
- Current curriculum vita or résumé;
- Reference list including telephone numbers and email addresses;
- CD/DVD recording of performance and/or conducting/teaching (for students pursuing the "Concentration in Performance", an audition using Skype or other appropriate like technology will be used);
- Portfolio of supportive materials.
