Bio

L. Scott Miller is a Multi-instrumentalist who has performed on stages as prestigious as the Grand Ole Opry and the Nashville Symphony Orchestra. As a sideman he has worked with country recording artist such as Terri Clark and Craig Morgan. As an instrumental recording artist he has appeared on and produced a number of recordings.  A Receiver of numerous awards for his work, his arrangement of "Greensleeves" is featured on the National Geographic recording, "Christmas Around the World." Miller is a frequent contributor to fiddler Magazine and presently is transcribing a collection of fiddle tunes from the Ohio River Valley. Not only does he lend his talents to teaching Traditional Music History, Traditional Theory, and individual instruction on a variety of instruments, he also teaches and directs "The Appalachian School of Music" in Ashland, Kentucky.
