Application Procedure
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must first apply to Morehead State University by completing the Admission and Scholarship Application (www.moreheadstate.edu/apply). In addition to the application, you need to send your 7-semester high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores to Enrollment Services, 100 Admission Center, Morehead, KY 40351.
Some scholarships require an additional application, which is provided below.
If you are a current student, you do not need to reapply for admission, but you will need to complete a supplemental scholarship application, if required.
Requirements
To fund scholarships for students from East Kentucky counties. Recipients shall be education majors, unconditionally admitted for study at MSU with sufficient financial need. Recipients should be ranked in the upper 25 percent of his/her high school graduating class. Must maintain a 2.5 GPA. Students are required to reapply each year/spring semester.
