A two-story former residence that houses the Office of International Student Services, located at 422 University Boulevard.
Accessibility: A ramp begins at the rear of the house and leads to the front entrance. There is no automatic door opener.
Acquired in 1991, the former residence is used for offices of the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree program. It bears the name of Dr. David Brumagen, former faculty member and previous owner.
