MEMBERSHIPS / FEES
Student Membership
If you’re an enrolled student, your membership is included in your student fees during the session you are enrolled. A membership fee of $30 (includes group fitness) will apply during the summer if you are not enrolled in any summer session and you were enrolled the previous spring or are pre-registered for the following fall.
Faculty/Staff Membership
Full-time faculty/staff memberships are included in their benefits package. Additional fees will apply for group fitness, locker rentals, personal training, etc.
Blue and Gold Members
If you attended Morehead State University between fall 2006 and summer 2011, you contributed to the RWC during its construction period, and you’re entitled to access the facility until June 2013.
*You must have an eagle card. If you do not have your eagle card anymore, you will be required to purchase a Recreation & Wellness ID for $10. If you lose your card a replacement costs $20.
Other Memberships
The following groups of persons are eligible to purchase memberships for the Recreation and Wellness Center
- Employees who are not eligible for benefits
- Spouses, retirees, credit union personnel, contracted student health services employees, and approved affiliated personnel
- Active Alumni
- A current Alumni Membership card must be presented
- Community, age 18 & older
- Walker, age 18 & older

Guest members may participate in a group fitness class for $5 in addition to their guest fee.
** Students will have access to Group Fitness classes as part of their student fees or if they pay the summer membership fee.

- Payroll Deduction members must sign the Payroll Deduction form at the time of membership purchase. Locker rental fees, or other additional fees, will not be able to be put on payroll deduction. It runs continuously until the RWC is given notice of cancellation
Guest Passes
You must present a valid government issued ID and have a current RWC member accompany
you at check-in to purchase a guest pass for $5. If a guest wishes to participate in a group
fitness class it will be an additional $5.
Locker Rental
Lockers are available for rent by semester, academic year or annually. Locker rental includes towel service. Towels will be issued at the time of purchase. Day lockers are also available for use.

Towel Service
Towel service will be available for an annual $10 fee. Towelswillbeissuedatthetimeofpurchaseandmustbeusedto receive a new towel (one in one out). Replacement of any lost towel is $2.
Additional Fees
Members who do not have an Eagle card will be required to purchase a Recreation & Wellness ID for $10. Replacement cards will be $20.
