Welcome to MSU at Mount Sterling
Morehead State University’s Mount Sterling campus offers an excellent education in an intimate classroom environment. Mt. Sterling features a dedicated state-of-the-art nursing lab and two computer labs with network printers that are available to enrolled students. In addition, the campus administers ACT and COMPASS tests for those wanting to take a crucial step in kickstarting their journey in higher education.
Students choose to study at a regional campus for a variety of reasons. Many are working full- or part-time. Some are single parents. Others are working to improve their job opportunities or simply want to live at home while earning a college degree. Students may choose to complete select associate and bachelor’s degree programs at the center in areas such as nursing, social work, business and more. Students can also start their general education courses at a regional campus like MSU in Mt. Sterling and then continue their education in Morehead if major courses are not available. Convenience is one of the key advantages a regional campus offers.
