Financial Aid

About 94% of MSU undergraduates receive financial aid—loans, grants, scholarships, and other resources that make a Morehead State education more affordable.

2024-25 FAFSA Updates

If you are applying for aid, there are significant changes to the FAFSA (federal app for aid). You will need to apply as soon as possible during your senior year.

Navigating the Financial Aid Process

Financial aid helps students and their families pay for educational expenses. It can be need- or merit-based. It can include loans you pay back, grants or scholarships that don’t require repayment, and even student jobs.
