Professor Hill teaches media production classes for undergraduates at introductory through advanced levels. Mr. Hill thinks it is crucial for students to engage in practical applications of production theory and concepts. He encourages students in advanced classes to take their work to the next level and has assisted several of them in getting their projects broadcast on public television.
Mr. Hill has created short documentaries that have aired at film festivals around the world. More recently, he has focused on the production of episodic television series that are regularly aired on KET (the PBS affiliate for the state of Kentucky).
