Bio
Kennedy obtained an associate degree in nursing at Morehead State University in 2008. Upon completing the degree, she took a position at a local hospital where she worked in the geriatric/pediatric medical surgical unit. She earned her BSN from MSU in 2013. She then started working in home health where she worked for approximately eight years as a case manager. In November 2017, she earned her MSN-FNP. Throughout her nursing career, she has had many opportunities to see and do many things including travel abroad using her nursing skills. Over the past eight years, she has been on medical and non-medical mission trips to El Salvador, Tanzania, Ecuador, Guatemala, Paris and Israel.
