Levita Larson graduated from Morehead State University in 1998 with a BA in Health Promotion, and from Carson-Newman College in 2004 with a BSN. She obtained a MSN in Nursing Education from Western Kentucky University in 2011 and her certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Mrs. Larson has prior nursing experience in emergency room, medical-surgical nursing, newborn/neonatal intensive care and postpartum care. She also has prior teaching experience in the Associate Degree Nursing Program at Western Kentucky University and the LPN program at Southcentral KY Community & Technical College.
