Bio

I provide all Craft Academy students with comprehensive college application support. I specialize in strategic college list development, application training and, most importantly, college essay writing. This process culminates in scholarship searches and financial aid support, leading to students getting admitted to their preferred colleges with the ability to afford to attend.

I have been a college counselor for 25 years, where I have worked with students from all parts of Kentucky. As a past Board Director for the National Association for College Admission Counseling, I have a deep passion for equitable access to higher education. I love my students, and I want the best for them.

At home, I am a husband, father and now a Papaw, a pretty awesome role. My wife, Jenny, and I are big hikers, and we are currently working on our goal to hike all of New Hampshire's 48 4000-footers.
