Bio

My name is Amanda Risner, MSW, CSW. I am a mental health counselor with Morehead State University’s counseling center. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in social work from Morehead State University and my master’s degree in social work from the University of Kentucky.

I am currently under supervision to obtain my Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure as well. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and caring for our 2 corgi puppies. I am excited to serve the students at my alma mater!
