Profile

Jason graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and an option in Construction Management Technology in May 2008. In the summer of 2010, he graduated with a Master of Science in Engineering Technology from Morehead State.

Mr. Stepp worked with Packs', Inc in Morehead, KY, for seven weeks after graduation before taking a position with Frontier Housing. His main duties with Frontier were managing the day-to-day construction operations dealing with Frontier's construction crew as well as sub-contractors. He was responsible for scheduling inspections, performing inspections for Frontier Housing, taking warranty claims, and following up on warranty work.

After two months with Frontier Housing, Jason took the position of laboratories and facilities manager for the former Department of Applied Engineering and Technology at Morehead State University. He remained in that position until 2022, at which time he accepted a position as an instructor of engineering and technology management.
