Aliya is a senior biology major from West Liberty, Kentucky, in the 4+1 program. She will receive her master’s degree in 2026. She dreams of working in environmental biology or ecology, and she is currently conducting undergraduate research on local botany. She first got involved in SGA during her sophomore year and has enjoyed the organization so much that she has returned every year since.
