Shelbie is a junior biology and chemistry double major from Somerset, KY. She is a tutor, FYS peer leader, MSU Chemistry Club Treasurer, and an undergraduate research fellow. She is a participant in the University of Kentucky College of Medicine Rural Physicians Early Assurance Program. Shelbie previously served SGA as an at-large representative, assistant chief of staff, and sophomore representative.
