MSU welcomes new Eagles to campus

Morehead State University’s Class of 2021 moved into residence halls on Wednesday and Thursday.

Volunteers from student organizations, Greek life, athletic teams, faculty, staff and the community were on hand to assist with move-in.

According enrollment services, a class of approximately 1,300 first-time freshman students will attend MSU in the fall 2017 term.

Highlighting Thursday was the New Student Induction Ceremony at Laughlin Health Building. This event marks the official beginning of the new student’s academic career and welcomes freshmen to the MSU family. 

Many activities are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 11-13, for students.

Classes begin Monday, Aug. 14.
