MSU celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month
Morehead State University prides itself on student success and providing a great college experience for students of diverse backgrounds. MSU’s Eagle Diversity Education Center (EDEC) is organizing a month-long series of events for Hispanic Heritage Month, which takes place through Oct. 15.
The Latino Student Union (LSU), Women’s Virtue and EDEC sponsor a Hispanic & Latina Women in History Jeopardy game at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Breckinridge Hall, Room 309. Hispanic Heritage Month concludes with an inaugural Fiesta presented by LSU and EDEC. It starts at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at the Button Drill Room. There will be food, music, dancing and a spotlight on Hispanic culture.
