Board of Regents to meet June 6

The next quarterly meeting of the Morehead State University Board of Regents will be Thursday, June 6, at 9:30 a.m., in room 329 of the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC).

Prior to the meeting, there will be a meeting of the audit committee at 9 a.m. in room 329 of ADUC. The committee will vote on approval of retaining the University’s external auditing firm and the minimal scope of the annual audit. The committee will also hear a report from internal auditor, Joe Hunsucker.

Following the audit committee meeting, the full board meeting will take place. Items on the agenda include:

Approval of the University organizational chart for the 2019-20 academic year.
Approval of the 2019-20 University operating budget.
Approval of faculty promotions to professor.
Approval of employee supplemental compensation.
The president’s annual evaluation and contract review.
The board’s self-evaluations.
Recognition of outgoing board members, Faculty Regent Dr. Jonathan Pidluzny and Student Regent Brandon Byer.
