Still time to sign up for summer orientation programs at MSU

Will you be attending Morehead State University for the first time this fall? Register now for Student Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR) to register for classes and be ready for the semester.

SOAR helps incoming students prepare for a successful first year at MSU. MSU has additional sessions available this summer.

During SOAR, students register for classes for the fall semester, meet with academic departments and advisors, discuss financial aid, get their EagleCard ID, sign up for meal plans and get assistance with housing. Students also learn about campus traditions, student organizations and meet with current students about ways to be involved.

This program is an essential step in helping students transition to their first year of college and establish a foundation for a successful path to graduation.

Upcoming SOAR dates:

Friday, June 21, for first-year students
Thursday, July 11, for first-year students
Friday, July 12, for transfer students

Registration for SOAR is necessary. Register online at www.moreheadstate.edu/soar.

To participate in SOAR, students must be accepted to MSU and must have paid an enrollment deposit. Visit www.moreheadstate.edu/confirm to complete these steps.
