Eagle Fest to be held Aug. 21

Eagles looking for ways to get involved on campus and in the community will have the opportunity to explore their options at Eagle Fest on Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The event will be spread across three locations: the ADUC Commons, the lawn of Fields Hall and the Allie Young lawn. At Eagle Fest students can explore student organizations, activities and ways to be involved on campus and in the community.

Community organizations and local businesses are also invited to set up with information about their services.

There will be live music, food, prizes and merchandise from the University Store at Eagle Fest.

“Eagle Fest 2019 is a great opportunity to see what both the campus and the community offer for students, from student organizations to MSU departments to partners in the Morehead community,” said Shannon Colvin, associate director of leadership programming and inclusion at MSU.

The event is free and open to all MSU students.

Sponsors of the event include the Office of Student Activities, the University Store and Aramark.
