Board of Regents to hold virtual meeting
The Morehead State University Board of Regents will hold a special called board meeting on Thursday, April 16. The special called meeting will consist of an Audit Committee meeting at 9:45 a.m. and a quarterly meeting at 10 a.m.
For the purposes of social distancing related to our national health concerns, and for this special occasion, the special called meeting will be conducted via WebEx video and audio teleconference technology. The special called meeting will comply with all requirements of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act and other statutes, as well as guidance provided by the governor and attorney general.
During the Audit Committee meeting, regents will vote to reapprove the use of the University’s auditing firm and the audit price. They will also vote to approve the minimum scope of the audit for the current fiscal year, which ends June 30.

- Ratify personnel actions.
- Approve policy revisions.
- Approve Faculty Promotions and Tenure.
- Approve a College of Education graduate tuition adjustment.
- Approve the 2020-24 University Technology Plan.
- Approve the modified pass/fail policy.
