CAB virtual programs include:
- Monday, April 13: Eagles Care from Home – Spread positivity and love beyond your homes. Call your grandparents to tell them how much they mean to you, send messages to friends and family, or donate a gift card to Eagle Essentials for MSU students in need. Make a difference while remaining #HealthyAtHome. Post to @CAB_MSU on Twitter with the hashtag #EaglesCareFromHome.
- Tuesday, April 14: “Talk About It Tuesday” Stress Relief – We will post a video featuring Makayla Arnett, CAB’s coordinator of education, talking about the importance of stress management with resources to help you cope. To help you maintain both mental and physical health, we are launching an at-home workout competition. After you finish a 30-minute exercise, send a sweaty selfie or picture of your exercise tracker (FitBit or Apple Watch) to be entered to win a gift card. Send your photos to mjarnett2@moreheadstate.edu by April 18.
- Wednesday, April 15: CAB Championship – Vote for your favorite CAB events from this past year. Let us know which activities you enjoyed and what you would like to see again.
- Thursday, April 16: Take advantage of these three virtual outlets to enjoy while at home.
- LIFE magazine visually chronicled every major triumph and upheaval in the 20th century through photographs and more and is available to peruse online at Life.com.
- Google Art Camera lets you magnify the details of famous paintings to an astonishing degree.
- Google Treks allows you to travel through some of the world’s most spectacular and remote regions without leaving your couch.
- Friday, April 17: MSU’s Funniest Videos – Submit your funniest videos to dlbirkes@moreheadstate.edu. CAB will post the Top 3 on April 24.
