MSU helps bring luck to students with 24-Hour Giving Day on St. Patrick's Day

Nearly every year since 2013, Morehead State University has hosted an annual 24-Hour Giving Day to raise donors and dollars for University needs. The eighth annual event will take place this year on St. Patrick’s Day (Wednesday, March 17).

With a goal of 500 gifts in 24 hours, this annual day of philanthropy is an opportunity for Eagles across the country to give what they can to make a difference for current and future Eagles. The event raises funds for student scholarships and supports student programs and projects. It is open to all MSU alumni and friends, and gifts to all funds are welcome. All gift amounts, from $5 to $500, will help make this annual challenge a success.

“We are especially excited for this year’s giving day. While the last year has been unusual, it’s been an exciting 2021 for MSU so far,” said Jessi Ferguson, Alumni & Digital Engagement Manager. “We know there are Eagles showing their pride across the country and we hope that will carry over into tomorrow. There’s a lot for Eagles to be proud of right now!”
