Board of Regents, audit committee to meet June 17
The Morehead State University Board of Regents will meet Thursday, June 17, at 9:15 a.m., in room 329 of the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC), following an audit committee meeting, which begins at 9 a.m.
During the audit committee meeting, members will vote to approve the March 25, 2021 audit committee meeting minutes and vote to accept the 2019-20 single audit report. Members will also discuss proposed amendments to the University debt policy.
After the audit committee meeting adjourns, the board meeting will begin. Items on the meeting’s agenda include:
The board will hold a closed executive session as is allowed under KRS 61.810. Once the session is adjourned and the regular meeting is called back to order, the board will take action based on discussion during the executive session.

- Ratification of personnel actions
- Approval of the 2021-22 University Organizational Chart
- Approval of promotion for faculty
- Approval of revisions to student media board charter
- Approval of amendments to Student Government Association constitution and bylaws
- Approval of revisions to the University police standard operating procedures manual
- Approval of naming spaces in ADUC
- Acceptance of 2019-20 Single Audit Report
