MSU Human Resources hosts training workshops for campus employees
Morehead State University's Office of Human Resources offers a monthly series of learning opportunities to MSU employees in partnership with various campus offices. These workshop sessions are designed to help quickly build knowledge and clarify questions about a variety of MSU business processes and other topics of interest to the campus community.

How to Write a Job Description

This seminar will provide an overview of filling out the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ) and filling out the Position Description in PeopleAdmin. It is for supervisors who write job descriptions and administrative employees who process actions in PeopleAdmin.
All Things Budget
10 a.m.-10:45 a.m., ADUC, Room 320
Facilitator: Jessica Cooper, senior budget analyst
Budget management may seem daunting, but it does not have to be. This workshop will focus on routine budget processes, answer frequently asked questions, and provide tips that participants can use to manage their unrestricted budget.
How to Post a Job

Facilitators: Zachary Roberts, human resource generalist, and Harry Floyd, human resource employment specialist
This seminar provides an overview of how to request a job posting and post a job through PeopleAdmin. It is for supervisors and administrative employees who request job postings through PeopleAdmin. Includes full-time and part-time job postings.
