Brush, Dip, Pour exhibit opens Oct. 5

"Brush, Dip, Pour," an exhibition of ceramic works incorporating slip on the surface, opens Wednesday, Oct. 5 and runs through Friday, Oct. 28, at the Golding-Yang Art Gallery in the Claypool-Young Art Building.

A reception is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the gallery. The exhibit is juried by artist Minsoo Yuh, a ceramics artist born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and currently residing in Athens, Georgia.

Yuh will hold artist demonstrations on Oct. 26 and 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Claypool-Young, room 104. She will also hold a lecture Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. in room 111 of the art building, followed by a closing reception for the exhibit in the gallery.
