MSU Board to hold meeting Nov. 15

The Executive Committee of Morehead State University’s Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting on Tuesday, Nov.15, at 9 a.m. in room 321 of the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC).

The agenda for the Special Called Executive Committee meeting is as follows:

1. Call to Order Special Called Meeting
2. Roll Call
3. Closed Session
   
   The closed session is called pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f) discussions which might lead to the appointments, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee. The Executive Committee of the Board of Regents will take no action while in Closed Executive Session.
   
   
4. Return to Open Session and, if required, Action by the Executive Committee
5. Special Called Meeting Adjournment
