Morehead State closed for Juneteenth

Morehead State will be closed Monday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Administrative offices will be closed, and classes will not meet.

The Camden-Carroll Library, University Post Office and MSU’s Barnes & Noble College Bookstore will be closed.

The Recreation and Wellness Center will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Outdoor Adventures will be open from 2 to 7 p.m.

The University Police Department will be staffed 24-7 for the holiday. The department can be reached at 606-783-2035 or via the LiveSafe smartphone app. In the event of an emergency, always dial 911.

MSU will reopen Tuesday, June 20.
