MSU Board of Regents to meet June 15

Morehead State University's Board of Regents will hold its quarterly meeting Thursday, June 15, at 9:30 a.m. in room 329 of the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC).

The regents will recognize faculty and staff:

• Stephanie Barker, women's head golf coach
• Mik Aoki, head baseball coach
• Greg Wing, professor of music

The regents will vote to ratify the spring 2023 graduates and personnel actions. They will approve the 2023-24 University organizational chart, review policy revisions, approve promotion of faculty and granting of emeritus status, approve the Founders Award recipient, approve employment contracts, and approve endowment investment matching.

In addition, the board will approve:

• Investment policy.
• 3rd Quarter Financial Statements and Amended Budget.
• 2023-24 Operating Budget, Fee Schedule, and Personnel Roster.
• Construction and Planning for Cooper Hall, New Science and Engineering Building.
• President's employment contract.

The regents will also hear reports on University Dining and First Year Programs, and an update on Student Government Association and a report from President Jay Morgan.
