MSU Eagles begin classes on Aug. 19 

New Eagle students will land on the Morehead State University campus this week, prepared to soar higher in the 2024-25 academic year.  

New Student Move-In Days are Thursday and Friday, Aug. 15 and 16. Classes at MSU begin Monday, Aug. 19.  

Faculty, staff, student organizations, athletic teams, and the community will welcome new students. During Move-In Days, volunteers will assist students and families in finding their way and moving into their residence halls.  

To support the success of our new students, New Student Days will kick off the fall 2024 semester, providing inspiration, encouragement, and skills for college success.

Students who are not registered for courses may do so online at my.moreheadstate.edu. MSU academic advisors are also available for student assistance.    

Emergency resources are available to students via the MSU Foundation thanks to the generous support of alumni and friends. The NEST Fund - Needs for Eagle Support in Trying Times - supports student emergency needs, including food support, school supplies, transportation costs and more.  

Students can also take advantage of Eagle Essentials, where everyday items, including non-perishable food, hygiene products, and school supplies, are available at no cost.
