MSU Board of Regents to meet March 28

The Morehead State University Board of Regents will hold its quarterly meeting on Friday, March 28, at 9:30 a.m. in ADUC Room 329.  

The agenda includes the approval of minutes from the Feb. 7 meeting, ratification of winter graduates, and approval of tenure with promotion for faculty. The board will also review and approve the second quarter financial report, MSU's six-year capital plan, and the University fees and housing rates for the 2025-26 academic year. Additionally, the board will discuss the naming policy for facilities and programs and the acquisition of real property. 

Reports and presentations will be given on the Quality Enhancement Plan – Level UP, dining plan updates for 2025-26, and a construction update on the second new residence hall. The meeting will conclude with the president's report and other business. 

Following the meeting, Cooper Hall will have a re-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony from noon to 12:30 p.m., followed by an open house until 2:30 p.m.
