Morehead State Spring Gala toasts to campus talents and student support
Morehead State University students, faculty, staff, administration, friends, and community partners raised their glasses and made a toast to support student scholarships.
The 33rd annual Spring Gala occurred on Saturday, April 25, at the Adron Doran University Center. The event, "Raise Your Glass - A Toast to Morehead State University," raised almost $100,000 thanks to the support of sponsorships and the silent auction.
A total of 425 guests attended the reception and a multi-course dinner prepared by Aramark. Faculty and students presented the show “Cheers to MSU " featuring students, faculty and staff from MSU’s Department of Music & Theatre, the MSU Dance Team and the MSU Color Guard. The night ended with desserts and dancing.
"This event is the result of countless hours of planning and an amazing team working behind the scenes, and I am so grateful for their commitment and passion,” said Mikayla Martin (Class of 2021), assistant director of advancement events. "I am equally proud to see our alumni, community, and friends unite to celebrate and support MSU in such a meaningful and impactful way."
The 2027 MSU Spring Gala is scheduled for Saturday, April 24.
