Four-Year Career Plan

Our four-year plan can take you from college to career:

  • Freshman year: Explore interests, strengths, and majors will focusing on academic success and campus involvement.
  • Sophomore year: Connect with career counselors, working professionals, employers, and others to confirm you’re on the right track.
  • Junior year: Build experience with internships, volunteering, and other activities while networking and learning more about potential jobs.
  • Senior year: Get hired with resume coaching, practice interviews, job-search planning, and other support from our team.
