New Residence Hall
This new $38 million, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will house 310 students across four residential floors.
Starting this summer, MSU will construct a new residence hall on the east end of campus, across from the Space Science Center. Design work is expected to be completed this summer. Construction should begin in late Summer 2024 and be completed by Spring 2026.
