BeakerBucks

BeakerBUCKs is MSU's all-in-one account and is an option for all enrolled students (including non-traditional and commuting students) and current employees. There is no minimum starting balance for this account and funds will automatically roll over from semester to semester, as long as you are enrolled as a student.

BeakerBUCKs are accepted at multiple locations across campus (including: Dining Services, University Store, Library, MSU Document Center, concessions, vending, copiers, printers, etc.) and at participating local merchants (listed below).

ADD BEAKERBUCKS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Visit the EagleCard Office or EagleCard Online to add BeakerBUCKs.

ADD VALUE ONLINE

To add value to your BeakerBUCKs account online using a credit card, visit the GET EagleCard ONLINE web page. Parents and family also have a link to add BeakerBUCKs to your account as well.

ADD TO YOUR STUDENT BILL

Visit the EagleCard Office to add BeakerBUCKs.

OFF-CAMPUS MERCHANT PROGRAM

MSU and the EagleCard office allow specific merchants in town to accept BeakerBUCKs. Each merchant must apply and be accepted in the program to allow purchases. The following merchants are currently participating:

  • Fazoli's (Stone Street)
  • Valero Gas Station (410 Flemingsburg Rd.)
  • Long John Silver's
  • Buffalo Wild Wings
  • McDonald's (both locations)
  • KFC (Stone Street)
  • Don Senor (140 Toms Drive)
  • Dairy Queen (by campus)
  • Subway (downtown - Stone Street)
  • Holbrook's Drug
  • University Laundromat (121 Lee Cemetery Rd.)
  • Pepsi & Snack machines (on campus)

Meals, Flex Dollars and the Dining Dollars program are not included and cannot be used at any off-campus merchants. Alcohol and tobacco products cannot be purchased with BeakerBUCKs.
