The Office of Student Housing at Morehead State University is dedicated to creating a residential culture that encourages academic success, personal achievement, service, and accountability.

We seek to provide quality, safe and secure facilities that promote student growth and development and foster civic engagement and academic achievement while creating a community that encourages and supports diversity, self-exploration, and individuality.

Serving more than 3,000 residents, we offer students a place to live and learn in an environment that fosters higher grade point averages, faster graduation rates, and a more connected collegiate experience than their off-campus peers.

Live on Campus

MSU has 15 residence halls for MSU students, including two halls on the University Farm, and one for Craft Academy students.

Home away from Home

Living on campus offers a sense of community, and students who live on campus tend to do better academically and be more engaged.

Housing Options

MSU offers suite-style, single, double and apartment-style rooms. All residence halls have free Wifi and free laundry.

You’ll have no problem getting comfortable in our residence halls, which include six newly-renovated halls & Andrews Hall, our newest building featuring suite-style rooms & numerous features that meet the modern needs of students.

Living-Learning Communities allow first-year students who choose to reside there to connect outside the classroom with fellow students and faculty/staff who share a common commitment to the theme of the community.
