Planning, Performance & Effectiveness

Our primary responsibility is to serve as a University-wide resource that provides the following:

• Timely and accurate information, analyses, and analytic tools to facilitate priority-setting, resource allocation, policy development, decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Leadership in assessing MSU's degree programs and establishing measures and expected outcomes for steady, campus-wide advancement.
• Leadership and coordination of the University's strategic planning process.
• Leadership and support in the SACSCOC program accreditation process.

PPE establishes University priorities, puts sound policies in place and manages resources wisely while monitoring our performance and results.
