Psychology Options

Depending on how many science courses you'd like to take, you can choose between a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. 

What You'll Learn in the Psychology programs

The psychology program at MSU lets you tailor your degree to your specific interests. The Bachelor of Science degree requires additional science and psychology courses and is ideal for students who plan to continue their education in graduate school. The Bachelor of Arts is for students who plan to enter the workforce immediately after graduation.

What you can do with a psychology degree

You will be prepared to work in several settings, including hospitals, mental health counseling centers, clinical research centers and governmental agencies.  

What makes Morehead state's program different

We also offer a Bachelor of Science - Psychology Area, which provides you with additional knowledge in specialized research areas of psychology, psychological research design and analysis, and a solid foundation in areas of applied psychology.
