Key Request
Facilities Management now provides for the issuance of keys and lock changes for all University buildings under the Medeco Key System.
The employee to whom the key(s) is assigned MUST be the one to pick up their key(s). Keys will not be given to anyone other than the employee to whom the key is assigned.
- Key Request Form (This form requires appropriate signatures.)
The form may be faxed to 606-783-2213 or emailed to keys@moreheadstate.edu.
If you encounter any problems or need assistance, please contact Debbie Cooper at 606-783-5296 or dr.cooper@moreheadstate.edu.
If a key is broken, a new form is not needed. Bring all the pieces to Facilities Management, and a new key will be issued. Lost keys are $40 per key.
