Hiring Temporary & Adjunct Employees
There may be times when a department seeks part-time or temporary employees, including adjunct faculty. The following information is for hiring managers within MSU offices and departments.

- Background Check Consent (Disclosure and Rights) - Morehead State University requires background verifications on all employees (full-time, part-time, students and affiliates). We partner with HireRight to conduct these verifications.
- New employees will receive an email from "HireRight Customer Support (noreply@hireright.com)" asking them to complete and sign the electronic verification request and consents. The Background Verification Request should be completed as soon as possible. If there are any questions, please contact the Office of Human Resources at 606-783-2382. Student employees should contact their supervisors with any questions.
