MSU_DEVICES Network

CONNECT YOUR device

You can connect your device to the Morehead State University wireless network MSU_DEVICES.  To connect, you will need the wireless adapter MAC address (XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX) from your device and your MSU ID (m#######) and associated password. Once you have this information, please follow these steps to connect your game device to MSU_DEVICES:

• On a computing device connected to MSU_SECURE, open a browser and go to the MSU Devices Portal Sign-On page at https://devices.moreheadstate.edu/.
• Enter your Morehead State University ID (m#######) and password in the appropriate boxes and click "SIGN ON."
• Please read the Morehead State University Acceptable Usage Policy and click on "I AGREE" if you agree with the policy contents and "DECLINE" if you do not agree with the policy contents.
• You will now see the Manage Devices page.  It will allow you to manage any previously registered devices or register new devices.  Click on "ADD" to register your device.
• Enter a Device name (required field) in the designated box.  This is a name of your choosing. Next, enter the Device ID (the Wireless MAC address in the format XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX) (Required field). Finally, enter a description (optional field) and click "SUBMIT."

Please note that you may have to wait up to 15 minutes for the server to register the device for connection availability completely. The device's status will stay in the pending state even after the server has authorized the connection.

You will now be able to connect your game console to the MSU_DEVICES network.​
