About the Summer Arts Academy
The Morehead State University Summer Arts Academy nurtures students' development in the arts in a setting that allows interaction with expert faculty and the opportunity to work with other students who share a specific interest in music, theater, art and design, and writing.
All students will select a course of study appropriate to their medium, but all will receive the same opportunities.
The Academy consists of six full days of activities, including individual and group instruction in your chosen area (music, theater, art and design, and writing & media). Recreational activities will include an art hop night, movie night, bowling night and performances/presentations by the Morehead State University Summer Arts Academy faculty.
