Through a combination of lectures, laboratory assignments and practicum requirements, you’ll learn wellness theory and practical skills for improving the health of individuals and the community using behavior change strategies.

Our program prepares you for a health and wellness education career at places like health departments, wellness programs, YMCAs, healthcare facilities, and area health education centers.
