Fees

Current Students, Faculty and Staff

Currently, enrolled students and full-time faculty and staff receive memberships automatically through their student fees and benefits packages. Additional fees may be charged for locker rentals, personal training and other services. Simply present your EagleCard ID at the front desk to begin enjoying the center immediately.

Other Memberships

The center is not just for current students, faculty and staff. We proudly support wellness in our extended community. Paid memberships are available to the following individuals at specific rates:

• MSU employees who are not eligible for benefits (e.g. part-time).
• Spouses and retirees of MSU and approved affiliated personnel.
• Active alumni (current alumni membership card required).
• Community members age 18 and older.

Guest Passes

Guests 18 years or older must present a valid photo ID upon each visit. A standard guest pass is $10 and allows access to all areas of the facility, including group fitness, for the entire day.

Payment

Cash, personal check and credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) are all acceptable payment methods for membership and other center fees. Payroll deduction is available to full-time faculty and staff and their spouses. See below.

Membership Rates

MSU employees who are not eligible for benefits

$100 per semester, $200 per academic year, $40 per summer or $240 annually

Spouses and retirees of MSU

$100 per semester, $200 per academic year, $40 per summer or $240 annually

Active alumni (current alumni membership card required)

$150 per semester, $300 per academic year, $60 per summer or $360 annually

Community members aged 18 and older

$170 per semester, $340 per academic year, $60 per summer or $400 annually

Eagle Swim Buddy Rates

Members may bring their children to the natatorium so long as they remain in the pool area with their children at all times. An Eagle Swim Buddy membership is $5 per child per visit.

Tivity Health - Silver Sneakers/Prime Rate

The Recreation and Wellness Center is an approved Tivity Health - Silver Sneakers/Prime facility. For qualifying individuals membership to the facility is paid by Tivity Health; however, members must still purchase a center ID card for $10 (one-time fee). Locker rentals and personal training services are available for an additional fee.
