New Residence Hall
This new $38 million, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will house 310 students across four residential floors. It will be named in honor of loyal Eagle and supporter Andy Prefontaine (Class of 1971).
Ground was broken in October for construction of a new residence hall on the east end of campus, across from the Space Science Center. It should be completed by Spring 2026.
