Prefontaine Hall

This new $38 million, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will house 310 students across four residential floors. It will be named in honor of loyal Eagle and supporter Andy Prefontaine (Class of 1971).

Ground was broken in October 2024 to construct a new residence hall across from the Space Science Center on the east end of campus. Construction is underway, and it should be completed by fall of 2026.
