Strategic Plan - Functional Plans

At its best, strategic planning is not a top-down exercise but one built on voices from an institution. Our University-wide plan is therefore supported by the purposeful efforts of faculty and staff operating on more focused initiatives.

Collectively, key planning areas gather and analyze a wide range of data to develop functional plans to operationalize the goals established in "Come SOAR with Us 2018-22" and, as a whole, represent a dynamic, interrelated plan to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of the University's mission.
